the purple circle
As an organisation operating within the international trading market, our activities have a direct impact on many communities across the globe. The purple circle helps keep us focussed to ensure we are operating responsibly and sustainably and to make a positive impact on our world through ethical practices, quality assurance, environmental considerations and social accountability.
let's talk compliance
We select our products with safety, quality, innovation and sustainability in mind, and work with carefully selected supply partners. Our compliance processes are designed to help ensure that products meet applicable safety and regulatory requirements, while supporting more responsible sourcing and product choices wherever possible.

ethical sourcing
Our approach to ethical sourcing is guided by the principles of the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code, which promotes fair, safe and respectful working conditions throughout the supply chain.
We expect our suppliers to follow these principles, including the prohibition of forced and child labour, safe working conditions, fair treatment and respect for workers’ rights.
quality control
Quality checks are carried out throughout production. Depending on the product and order, these may include DUPRO and pre-shipment inspections before goods leave our manufacturing sites. Products are checked again when they arrive at our UK warehouse.
Where additional customisation is completed at our UK printing facility, every item is inspected before despatch.
waste and packaging
We work to reduce unnecessary packaging and favour paper and card alternatives wherever they are suitable for the product.
At our UK production facility, cardboard, paper and recyclable plastics are separated and sent to local recycling facilities. We continue to review our packaging and production processes to identify practical ways to reduce material use and waste.
community
We are proud to support a number of local charities and schools within our local community.
